Sheshin
From LabelingThoughts
Sheshin is a Tibetan term meaning "presently knowing" or "introspection" or "awareness". It is the aspect of mind that knows what mind is doing currently. In a meditation practice, it is the aspect of mind that knows we are no longer following our object of meditation.
