His Holiness Penor Rinpoche, (1932-) also referred to as Kyabjé Drubwang Pema Norbu Rinpoche, is a spiritual teacher for Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. He is the 11th incarnation in the Palyul Lineage and directs Namdroling Monastery in southern India. He is said to be an incarnation of Vimalamitra.
