Meditation instructors in Shambhala are senior students who are qualified to guide students with individual and group meditation instruction.
To become a meditation instructor, a student must attend both Sutrayana and Vajrayana Seminary programs. Then they must apply and be recommended to attend an instructor training program. Most meditation instructors have also completed many retreats and significant further study.
