Transcript of my one minute introduction video.

Welcome. My name is David Evans.

I have a few aspirations for the site but mostly that it would just be a useful resource for the Shambhala community; one that's useful for study or for finding references. It could be a place to discuss where the best sources are.

The site is designed so that everyone could be involved. Every article has a comment form at the bottom and any comments you enter there go into a discussion page on that topic. So there is an opportunity for discussing topics together and by requesting an account you can edit, correct, or extend any of the articles.

Another way you can help if you like is to index one of Pema Chödrön's or the Sakyong's books. Some of those have been partially completed, but doing that will let other people find where topics are discussed by teachers more easily.
