Dressage

Dressage is an equestrian discipline, and in Shambhala also a contemplative discipline, of synchronizing horse and rider. Dressage competitions are held, where horses are led through a specific set of tests and judged on their execution and also on the apparent relaxation and effortless of the movement.
Dressage is not widely practiced in Shambhala, except notably by Lady Diana Mukpo.
