The Path is the Goal was first published in 1995 by Shambhala Publications and authored by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. It is based on two seminars given by Trungpa Rinpoche in 1974. The first in March in New York, and the second at Karme Chöling (then Tail of the Tiger) in September of that year.[1]
