Shambhala Art School is an institution in India led by Master thangka painter Noedup Rongae. It currently includes six senior students and some newer students, according to the center's web site. The school is currently under commission by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche to create the Shambhala Lineage Thangka to be completed by mid-2011. Noedup Rongae completed a number of projects previously for Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and the Shambhala community.
